Trimble Access 2018.xx, the subfolders are the Projects folder and the System files folder. When you create a new custom data folder, subfolders are automatically created in the new folder. Customized reports/stylesheets, or antenna.dat files.

Any 2017.2x job, template and style files are converted to the selected version: version 2019.11 or 2020.00. The Trimble Access 2017.2x File Converter utility copies all files in the Source folder to the Output folder. The Windows Trimble Access File Converter utility works best for converting entire Trimble Data folders, such as on a controller from which the licenses have been relinquished, or older projects that include files such as DXF and CSV that are not converted as well as files like jobs that need converting.
